Hey everyone, I just wanted to encourage you all to do something for me if you like my strips.  It’s very simply – just stumble it!  You can do this easily by finding the small buttons below the comic where it says “share and enjoy”.  If you don’t have an account, it’s easy to make and free, and it will help bring even more awesome readers like yourself to the site.  And feel free to share it using any of the other choices there as well (you can even tweet them)!  It will only take you a few seconds once you have an account, and it will help me and the comic out a ton!  Thanks everyone!

Where did Seth and Buddy go, you ask? Well to make a long story short, there’s been some other stuff I’ve been focused on in the last couple of months. And in a way I anticipate there will be for the rest of this year. As you may know, I entered Seth and Buddy into the Comic Strip Superstar contest over at Amazon. Though Seth and Buddy didn’t make it to the top 10, getting to the top 50 was a great encouragement. And it has inspired me to try to get the comic syndicated. So, I’m going to working on getting a package together to send to the syndicates here over the next month or so. While I do that, I’ll be posting the comics I sent to Comic Strip Superstar here on Mondays and Wednesdays (and maybe Fridays – we’ll see), as well as new comics I make for syndication as I work towards that package to send to the syndicates. I’m hoping to have something to send off by the end of the year.

I’m sorry I’ve been away for so long, and for those of you who check back periodically to see what’s new, thanks! There will be a new comic up starting this coming Monday, November 9th. In the meantime, don’t forget to check out the new wallpaper over in the extras section!

Hello all!  I wanted to let everyone know some great news.  Seth and Buddy has officially made it into the top 50 in the Universal Press/Amazon Comic Strip Superstar contest!  This is awesome for so many reasons.  Firstly, there are some really great comics and cartoonists in this contest, so to have made it this far is truly an honor.  Secondly, it’s even more of an honor because my comic strip is going to be judged by some great cartoonists of our day – Lynn Johnston, Gary Trudeau, Scott Hilburn, and Mark Tatulli will be judging the top 50 and narrowing it town to the 10 finalists.  I’m pretty pumped to know I made it this far and whether or not I make it any further, I can truthfully say I am excited to be where I am.  But here’s hoping for a top 10 spot!
